We join your wedding team 60 days prior to your event so that there are no questions left unanswered come your wedding day. We use our years of industry knowledge, experience in handling last minute critical situations, and a little bit of Planner magic to bring your dreams to life!

Our mission is to provide stress free wedding day management process that takes the guesswork out of your event execution. Our services were designed to allow each of our couples and their guests to be fully present during their celebration.
A virtual wedding consultation meeting 60 days before your wedding date to discuss the details of the big day
2 virtual meetings to be conducted the month of your wedding
1 in-person final walk through of venue to be conducted the month of your wedding
Confirmation and coordination of all vendors
Creation and distribution of your wedding day timeline to all vendors
Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal
Wedding day coverage by 1 Senior Planner and a minimum of 2 Associate Planners
***additional Planners may be added at our discretion for guest counts exceeding 175 guests
Our team will act as the point of contact for vendors and wedding guests for the entirety of your wedding
Management of all critical matters that may arise on your wedding day
Arrangement of all decorative items and design elements for the ceremony and reception spaces
Set up & breakdown management
Distribution of all final vendor payments and tips upon the conclusion of the event
Collection of all personal items including gifts and decorative items to be given to assigned party at the conclusion of the event
